Future Leaders NetworkThe Caribbean Development Bank’s Future Leaders Network (FLN) brings together emerging leaders, aged 18 to 35, from across CDB’s Borrowing Member Countries. The FLN gives young people a space to share ideas, influence development priorities and help shape solutions to the challenges facing the Caribbean. Members bring diverse experiences, skills and perspectives from their countries and communities. Through the Network, members:advise CDB on policies, projects and programmes;advocate for youth priorities;connect CDB with young people across the Region; anddevelop innovative solutions;FLN members also benefit from leadership development, mentorship, knowledge sharing and opportunities to participate in regional and international events. The FLN is helping to ensure that young people are not only part of the conversation—they are helping to lead it.
