Kaceson Conn Johnson, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a man at an apartment complex next to Coosa High School. Reports said that Johnson “caused substantial physical harm” to the victim’s neck during an altercation. Police added that when they arrived on the scene Johnson reportedly stated that the was going to “break the officer’s neck” and “put the other officer under the ground”. Johnson is charged with two counts of battery and two counts of terroristic threats and acts.
