OSWEGO – Michael Joseph King, 68, of Binghamton, passed away on July 9, 2026, at the Grand NursingFacility in Chittenango, NY, after an illness of several months. Mr. King was a graduate of St. Paul’s Academy and attended Oswego High School. Mr. King worked for several years atLander Corporation in Binghamton where he was a shipping supervisor and a union steward. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Andrea King Smiri of MadisonWisconsin; his brother, David W. King of Oswego; his brother-in-law, Daniel Hanley; and twoinfant nephews, Craig Hanley and Owen King.
