A new program in Evansville is expanding the way our community supports veterans, military families, and neighbors who may need a little extra help finding their next step toward stability. What Is the HONOR Program? ECHO Housing & Community Development has officially launched the HONOR Program, which stands for Helping Others Navigate Opportunity and Recovery. While finding a job remains an important part of the program, HONOR takes a bigger-picture approach by helping people with the challenges that can make long-term success difficult. By expanding eligibility and offering preventative assistance, ECHO hopes HONOR can help veterans and families before they reach a crisis point.
