EEOC Sues KLLM Over Alleged Sex Discrimination in Driver Training
[]
Trucking Info
KLLM is facing a federal sex-discrimination lawsuit over policies the EEOC alleges put female truck driver trainees at a disadvantage.
The EEOC lawsuit said KLLM should have given female student drivers single-sex sleeping quarters that protected their privacy and ensured equal employment opportunity.
The EEOC alleges the companies have subjected female student drivers to different training conditions based on sex since at least January 2021.

Other students waiting to begin training were paid, including male students who requested male trainers, according to the complaint.
