Blake Bronstad for Sotheby’s International RealtyFour Oaks was designed in 1934 by Santa Barbara architects Edwards and Plunkett, whose work also includes the Arlington Theatre.
Four Oaks is now on the market for $22 million with Dusty Baker Group of Sotheby’s International Realty.
They remained there for four decades, and the home served as the setting for several of Child’s televised cooking programs.
