Albert Wayne Small, Jr., 68, of Westport, passed away at 12:59 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026. He was born on December 12, 1957, in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of Albert Wayne Small, Sr. and Delores (Worden) French. Albert was a member of the NRA and had been a member of the Carpenter’s Union. He loved John Wayne movies and Bluegrass music. Albert liked to joke and was told he looked like Si from Duck Dynasty.
