Conditional use permits for two developments approved by County planning commission

The St. Louis County Planning Commission approved two conditional use permits during an executive session on Aug. 3.
Both permits were approved for South County developments.
The first conditional use permit was to operate a childcare center at 6190 Telegraph Road, north of Christopher Drive and on the east side of Telegraph.
The second conditional use permit was to operate a vehicle center at the intersection of Union Road and Lindbergh Blvd., north of the South County Center.
The vehicle center on the property would be a 1,345 square foot building with 11 parking spaces according to the site development plan.
