Borealys Games has officially launched Echoes of Mystralia into Steam Early Access today, August 11, bringing its action-heavy roguelite to you PC owners for the first time outside of previous demos and playtests. Set in the same universe as Mages of Mystralia, Echoes puts you in the shoes of Mazarim, a Watcher tasked with protecting the Cycle of Memories as a mysterious Rift threatens the World’s Memory. At Early Access launch, there are seven magical elements, 16 starting spell forms, and more than 100 Memories that can be used to modify your creations. Three regions are currently available to explore alongside Guardian encounters, Elite fights, hidden puzzles, and Rifted Echoes. What’s great is that we already know that Early Access won’t be a forever thing, either.
