NAIROBI AUGUST 21, 2015(CISA)-Apostolic Nuncio to Kenya and South Sudan Archbishop Charles Balvo has said that Catholicism in Africa will grow further over the years if the Church continued to invest in the youth. “Nearly thirty years ago I lived in West Africa and the last two years in Kenya and I also travel often to South Sudan. He however challenged the youth not to sit back arguing that they are the future of the Church alone but continue working hard towards the missionary work even now. The present too is bright as well but there is a lot more that the young people can do in the Church even now,” said the Apostolic Nuncio. Archbishop Balvo said that the foundation of the church depends on how committed the Church is in letting the youth understand the importance of mission and the Catholic faith at a young age.
