Two arrested after a standoff over allegations of a restrained childTwo men have been arrested after a standoff at a Grundy County home over allegations of a restrained child. Investigators were told that the child was being restrained to a bed at the home in Altamont. When deputies arrived, they used a TASER on Anthony Wiseman. Authorities also arrested the children’s father. Ernest Newbern from Florida faces a child neglect charge.
