The 9th Session of the Pakistan-Belarus Joint Ministerial Commission (JMC) on Trade and Economic Cooperation would be held here on Wednesday, with the two sides set to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral trade and economic tiesISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Aug, 2026) The 9th Session of the Pakistan-Belarus Joint Ministerial Commission (JMC) on Trade and Economic Cooperation would be held here on Wednesday, with the two sides set to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral trade and economic ties. The technical session of the JMC was held on Tuesday, during which the two sides held discussions on trade, industry, agriculture, banking, labour, transport, information technology and other areas of bilateral cooperation. Federal Minister for Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan and Belarusian Minister of Energy, Dzianis Maroz would co-chair the ministerial session on Wednesday. The session would include ministerial addresses and bilateral discussions aimed at exploring avenues for expanding cooperation in various fields of mutual interest. The meeting would conclude with the signing of the JMC Protocol and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
