The overall number of Amazon workers who needed one or both of those forms of federal aid tripled.
The top four firms atop its Medicaid list were Walmart, Amazon, Dollar General and Waffle House.
The University of Indiana was fourth on that state’s Medicaid list, with 2.015 recipients, GAO calculated.
