A 25-year-old Texas man, Laterrian Sharon Jones, has been arrested on seven felony charges in relation to a January robbery of an Interlochen bank ATM. According to the Grand Traverse Sheriff's Office, deputies responded on January 10 at 2:10am to an ATM alarm at the bank. Investigators obtained and executed search warrants for rental car businesses and cell phone information, "while also gathering evidence from private businesses and reviewing surveillance footage," according to the Sheriff's Office. Surveillance videos from businesses in other states were reviewed, as was license plate data "to identify vehicles and individuals potentially connected to the theft," according to the Sheriff's Office. Marshals Service, he was transported to Traverse City and is now in the Grand Traverse County Jail.
