A CEO does not need to read every AI law to understand why regulation matters. An organization that has mapped its AI systems against those dimensions already has a story to tell. AI law will remain uneven for years because jurisdictions are making different choices about freedom, safety, labor, and democracy. Double literacy means human literacy plus algorithmic literacy. Retrofitting AI systems after regulation arrives is expensive.
