Jerry Lee Sparks, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on September 5, 1943, in San Jose, California, Jerry was the beloved son of Stance and Ludie Mae Armstrong Sparks. Jerry is also survived by his brother, Wayne Sparks and a sister-in-law, Lynn Sparks. Jerry was predeceased by his parents, his brothers, Jack Sparks and wife, Norma Bell, Gene Sparks and wife, Joyce, Rev. James “Sonny” Sparks, and Michael Sparks, as well as his sisters, Frances Cooper Taylor, Amelia Harris, and Gloria Shadwell, and sister-in-law, Merlene Sparks.
