She was born July 10, 1951, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Paul Cheek and Dorothy McGrath Cheek. Nora was a devoted homemaker whose greatest joy came from caring for the people she loved. Family was at the center of her life, and she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Nora loved dancing “The Bump” with her husband, Robert, and the two shared many happy times together. Per her wishes the family requests that donations be made in her memory to the Muskingum Animal Shelter Society, 1430 Newark Road, Zanesville, Ohio.
