Changes are on the way at Festival Hydro. Stratford City Council voted in favour of restructuring the electricity supplier on Monday night. Festival Hydro CEO Jeff Graham said there won’t be significant changes to operations from restructuring, adding that electricity prices will remain the same. Council received a presentation about restructuring from Festival Hydro in July. For next steps, city and Festival Hydro administration will provide a ‘wholesome’ report with all of the details of the restructuring within the next 60 days.
