Prospective students must also prove they have these funds for the duration of their stay in France, according to new rules brought in by the French government. “Applicants are advised to anticipate this change when planning their studies in France and preparing their administrative procedures,” said Campus France, commenting on the news. Earlier this year, it was revealed that France would increase tuition fees for the majority of non-EU international students studying in the country, starting from the 2026/27 academic year.
