A famous bald eagle from Big Bear Valley in California named Jackie has died. Today, the Ojai Raptor Center announced that a bald eagle patient believed to be Jackie died from injuries suffered during a fight with two younger eagles. Jackie’s passing made headlines across the nation, but it has also led to an immediate flood of fan-made merchandise commemorating the famous bald eagle.
