Paramount Pictures certainly seems to think they may have a winner, as Variety reports that the studio has set a summer 2027 release date! Banned upon its original release in 1981, Andrzej Żuławski’s film starred Isabelle Adjani and Sam Neill. That performance has only become more legendary over the years, with films like The First Omen recently riffing on it. Possession arrives in theaters on June 11, 2027 via Paramount.
