West Yorkshire Police said the charges relate to a serious sexual assault that took place at a property on the outskirts of Dewsbury in the early hours of Saturday, August 8. A police spokesman said: "Three men are to appear before Leeds Crown Court next month charged with rape offences in Dewsbury. "All of the men, who self define as Asian, Pakistani including Asian British, have been charged with three counts of rape and a count of false imprisonment. "The men were arrested and then charged as part of an investigation into a serious sexual assault on a woman in the early hours of Saturday, August 8. "They appeared before Leeds Magistrates’ Court between Monday, August 10, and Tuesday, August 11, and were all remanded in custody ahead of their crown court appearance.
