SRS Distribution is a distributor of building products and a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot Inc., the home improvement and building products retail giant. SRS Distribution, a Home Depot subsidiary, is planning to acquire another HVAC distributor, Colorado-based Lohmiller & Co. SRS recently closed on its purchase of Mingledorff's Inc.Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Lohmiller was founded in 1990 and is owned and operated today by Tim Brooks, Mark Brown, and Roger Lee. The company is a distributor for Carrier Global Corp. with access to that company’s full suite of residential, light commercial, and applied HVAC products, and currently employs a team of 220 people. “We are looking forward to welcoming Tim, Mark, Roger, and the rest of the Lohmiller team to the SRS family. SRS Distribution, based in McKinney, Texas, has more than 1,300 locations in the U.S. and Canada and was acquired by The Home Depot in 2024.
