ROCHESTER — A Winona man pleaded guilty in the impregnation of a Rochester-area teenager.
Maurice Michael Crider, 21, entered a petition to plead guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a juvenile and electronic communication with a child to engage in sexual conduct.
ADVERTISEMENTA charge of electronic child solicitation will be dismissed at sentencing, according to his plea agreement.
According to court documents, a teenager identified Crider as the father of her unborn child.
According to court documents, when the juvenile told Crider she was pregnant, he told her he was actually 20.
