According to the NFL, the Minnesota Vikings have named Kyler Murray as their starting quarterback for this season. The Vikings signed Murray to a one-year contract after he was released by the Arizona Cardinals. Murray, a former number one overall pick in 2019, has a career record 38-48-1 in 87 starts with the Cardinals. Murray also has more than 3,000 rushing yards and 32 rushing touchdowns in his seven-year career. He suffered a foot injury in week five of the 2025 season that sidelined him for the rest of the season.
