Arthur Jackson Tingen, a beloved resident of Clarksville, passed away peacefully Sunday, Aug. 9, 2026, at the age of 88. Born Sept. 14, 1937, Arthur lived a life full of love, commitment, and devotion to his family, friends, and faith. Arthur was married to the love of his life, Frances, for 60 wonderful years. Arthur is also survived by his brother Gene Tingen and sister-in-law Linda, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who adored him. He is now reunited with his parents Luther Tingen and Annie Mae Tingen , his beloved wife Frances, and his sister Myrtle Tingen, who have all preceded him in death.
