Bold Street's "first proper boozer" is finally opening tomorrow after months of teasing. The Angel Inn occupies the space most famously used by Maggie May's, which closed last year. Renovations to transform the building have been underway for months, which include reclaiming Victorian features and delivering a traditional pub aesthetic. A spokesperson said: "It will possibly be the first ever true pub on Bold Street. “We’re establishing The Angel Inn on the former site of Maggie May’s Cafe.
