According to The Cosmic Circus, Talokan, an underwater nation introduced in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, will return in the film. There is also a rumor suggesting the return of Queen Mother Ramonda, played by Oscar-nominated actress Angela Bassett, in Black Panther 3. Black Panther 3 is scheduled to release in theatres worldwide on December 15, 2028.
