At Signet Jewelers, Jamie Cygielman has been appointed president of Zales and Banter, and Pam Cloud has been named president of Blue Nile. Cygielman will join Signet on Aug. 24 and be based in Dallas. For the first quarter of this year, Signet reported sales of $1.6 billion on a same-store sales increase of 1.8 percent. For all of 2025, Signet generated sales of $6.81 billion on a same-store sales increase of 1.3 percent.
