Lucy Davis, best known for playing receptionist Dawn Tinsley in the original U.K. edition of “The Office,” has revealed that she has terminal cancer. Writing on Instagram, Davis said she was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer a year ago after discovering a lump on her breast. The cancer had “metastasized to my bones,” she said, specifically her spine, right hip, and ribs, and was “incurable, and too late for chemo.” And cancer has not disappointed in that regard; there’s a lot I have learned from it, and I’m grateful for that,” she wrote. Davis, who also appeared in cult British comedy “Sean of the Dead” and later 2017’s “Wonder Woman””added: “I’m not scared of whatever comes next.
