Three-time Olympian Brendan Boyce calls time on remarkable race walking career

The gutsy Milford man, who competed at the Olympic Games in 2012, 2016 and 2021, has hung up the singlet.
His last competition was the 2025 European Race Walking Championships in Podebrady.
“The same place that gave me one of my best results – 4th at the 2017 European Championships.
Boyce’s first Irish vest came at the 2011 European Race Walking Championships, where he competed over 20km.
In Sapporo, Boyce finished 10th in a race that marked the end of the 50km race walk.
