New reservations are live now for FareStart’s popular Guest Chef Nights — and with a lineup including multiple James Beard Award nominees, seats for the nonprofit’s $60 three-course fundraiser dinners should go fast.
Longtime local top chef Rachel Yang of Joule and Revel — a seven-time finalist for the Beards, as well as a semifinalist every year from 2008 through 2014 — is on the roster in December.
Aaron Tekulve, who was a Beard finalist for the first time this year, will represent his restaurant Surrell.
The siblings Trinh and Thai Nguyen, 2026 Beard semifinalists for their restaurant Ramie, will also head up the FareStart kitchen for a night.
And while Canlis has supported FareStart via other events in the past, James Huffman will be its first chef to join Guest Chef Nights.
