Kenton City Council met in regular session Monday evening. Council members heard about plans to move ahead with Phase 2 of the North Detroit Street project, including going after a $500,000 grant. Also during the meeting, Council recognized longtime Kenton Times reporter Tim Thomas on his retirement.
