BENGALURU: In an inspection by the Food Safety Division of the Food Safety and Drug Administration Department, Health and Family Welfare Department in Bengaluru Rural district on Tuesday sealed ZEPTO Warehouse unit located in Hosakote taluk over food safety violations. The sealed warehouse was in accordance with the applicable FSSAI provisions. Besides, a notice has been served to the concerned ZEPTO Warehouse and a case will be filed before the concerned Adjudicating Officer for further legal action as per the provisions of the law. Among the violations found during the inspection included non-compliant labelling, misbranding, unhygienic food handling and storage conditions and others of FSSAI requirements.
