Joint-Stock Company (JSC) Chernihivoblenergo reports a power outage affecting about 100,000 subscribers in Chernihiv district and the regional center on Tuesday. "About 100,000 subscribers in Chernihiv district and the city of Chernihiv have experienced an emergency power outage. Power engineers are already working to restore the electricity supply," the company's Telegram channel reported. What exactly caused the power outage has not been reported.
