AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – A group of Westchester Drive office buildings has been sold for nearly $4 million. Mahoning County Auditor’s Office records show that Walter D. Terlecky sold the buildings at 80, 116, 120, 122, 130, 132, 134 and 136 Westchester Drive to Westchester Property Group LLC of Canfield for $3.89 million. Ohio Secretary of State business records show that Westchester Property Group filed articles of organization as a limited liability company June 11. The buildings house law offices, child care businesses, service and professional organizations, mental health service providers and cosmetology businesses. Westchester Property Group also bought a building at 60 Westchester Drive from Walter D. Terlecky Investments LLC for $305,000.
