Beckley - Betty Lou Mays, age 89, of Beckley, WV went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV following a short illness. Mrs. Mays was a member of Memorial Baptist Church for many years, and served as a church hostess. Mrs. Mays was a loving and devoted wife to her husband Harold, and mother to her son Mike. Pallbearers will be Nicholas Mays, Alex McGhee, Jeff Yost, Arnold "Bo" Yost, Stewart Myers, and her son Michael Mays. Arrangements are by Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home, 1901 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV.
