An e-bike operator was seriously injured on Monday after a crash with a motor vehicle, police said. Norwalk Patrol Officers were called to the intersection of Osborne Avenue and Fort Point Street around 2:41 p.m. after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident involving an e-bike.
