Police say they are searching for the person or people responsible for leaving two dead pitbulls inside garbage bags on a walking trail in Wolcott. Desmond's Army is also offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to find whoever is responsible. When they arrived, officers opened the bags and discovered two dead pitbulls, according to police. Anyone with information about the dogs is asked to call Detective Tim Jackson, the lead investigator on the case, at 203-879-1414. "Even the smallest piece of information could help investigators identify the person responsible."
