Alan Lavery (41) Rockfield Park, Belleek admitted damaging a window and guttering on July 11. He also admitted two counts of attempted criminal damage in that he tried to destroy a door at Daly Park, Belleek. He admitted trying to damage a police vehicle at Rockfield Park and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty on the same date. District Court Judge Alan White said a pre-sentence report would be needed. The case was adjourned to September 21.
