Former Liverpool star explains what needs to happen at Liverpool for them to pose a challenge to their rivals in the Premier League and become title contenders this season. Just one year on from winning the Premier League, the Reds finished 5th with just 60 points. The season was considered poor as the club had invested heavily in the previous summer.
