The collision happened on the A148 at Congham shortly before 4am on Saturday. Police, fire and ambulance crews attended the scene and the road was closed until around 9.30am. A man aged in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of drug driving, drink driving, causing serious injury by careless driving and possession of Class A drugs. The crash came just hours before man in his 20s was killed in a four-car collision on the same stretch of road.
