The Governor of Bayelsa State, Douye Diri, has categorically said that Nigeria can only thrive and achieve the desired goals of its founding fathers under a true federal system. Diri stated this in his goodwill message at the 2026 Goodluck Jonathan Democracy Dialogue held on Tuesday in Bauchi, describing true federalism as the solution to the country’s present challenges.
