A spokeswoman for the East Coast Pet Rescue said: "When she is settled and not scared, she is friendly and loving. The charity believes Ami has been an indoor cat for several years and was likely the only pet in her previous home. Despite repeated attempts, they have been unable to contact her previous owner to gather more information about her history.
