Jacob Bush, 29, appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 11, where he entered not guilty pleas to three charges put to him. It is alleged Bush made Category A, B and C images of children between August 26, 2022, and July 20, 2025. It is alleged that 52 Category A (the worst kind) images were found on a phone belonging to the defendant. The device was also said to contain 29 Category B and 43 Category C images. Both prosecutor Suzanne Cartwright and Mohammed Khan, acting for Bush, said the case was not suitable for trial in the lower court.
