An 18-year-old Peters man remained in jail Tuesday on $250,000 bail on charges he viewed sexually explicit photos of a juvenile that the boy texted him — the latest sex-related case to hit Washington County’s most-populated suburb. He was charged Thursday with disseminating photos of child sex acts, corruption of minors and related charges. Charles “Zeke” Usner was charged with engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old boy in Peters Lake Park in Peters Township last summer. Police earlier this year arrested Zachariah Meyers, who was a Peters Township High School senior, on 267 charges of soliciting and collecting nude and pornographic images and videos of teenage boys. In July, Peters police also charged another man — Aaron Foster White, 30, of Charleroi — with exchanging sexually explicit photos and videos with a 15-year-old boy.
