The three friends and business partners have more than 60 years’ combined experience in pubs, bars, restaurants and kitchens. The new landlords said: "We’re excited to introduce ourselves as the new team behind The Brickmakers in Swanmore. The pub, formerly run by Koren and Gareth Blake for fifteen years, will see changes to the internal and external paintwork, kitchen and garden. The Brickmakers team is also hiring a head chef, line chef and part-time duty manager. During their 15-year tenure, Koren and Gareth Blake ran The Brickmakers as a family-run free house, known for its food, courtyard garden and community events.
