PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Aug, 2026) Another police official was martyred in an attack in Bannu district, while the attackers managed to escape from the scene. According to police on Monday, the incident took place in Bakakhel area, where unidentified militants opened fire on a police official. The cop identified as Anwarullah Khan, sustained critical injuries and was martyred at the scene. Police have launched a search operation to trace and apprehend the attackers.
