PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Aug, 2026) On the special directives of IGFC KP North, Maj Gen Rao Imran Sartaj, a free medical camp for six villages of Tehsil Salarzai Bajaur was organized. During the camp, a comprehensive specialist care was provided including specialized consultations across general medicine, surgery, ophthalmology (eye care), gynecology, psychiatry, and physiotherapy. Local residents received free medical examinations, free medicines, and healthcare awareness counseling. Patients requiring specialized, long-term treatment were referred to the Hayatabad Medical Complex Peshawar for cost-free specialist care and advanced checkups. Local elders, Masharan and community members expressed their deep gratitude to the Frontier Corps KP North and IGFC for extending essential healthcare services to these underserved, far-flung areas.
