They say each year, the Food City School Bucks program awards $800,000 to more than 1,000 participating schools. “Food City is committed to supporting the education of our youth,” said Steven C. Through the School Bucks Challenge, earning rewards for your school is simple—customers earn one point for every dollar spent using their Food City ValuCard. The 2026–2027 School Bucks Challenge will run from July 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027.
